The Everyminute + Deel integration allows you to automatically sync employee time entries and timesheets into Deel to support accurate payroll and contractor payments. This reduces manual work, eliminates errors, and streamlines payroll for global teams.
Once connected, the integration enables:
Automatic syncing of employee work hours from Everyminute to Deel
Support for Global Payroll, Contractors (IC), EOR, PEO, and Deel HR
Mapping of employee profiles between systems
Reliable and accurate payroll processing using tracked hours
Make sure you have:
An active Everyminute Admin account
Administrator access in Deel
Permissions to install integrations in both platforms
Matching employee data between Everyminute and Deel (first/last name and email must match exactly to sync team members correctly)
Tip: If names or emails differ between systems, update them before enabling the integration.
Sign in to your Everyminute account and open the Admin Dashboard.
From the left-hand menu, click Integrations and select Deel.
Click Connect Deel and continue.
You’ll be redirected to Deel to authorize the connection. Click Allow to enable secure data sharing.
Back in Everyminute, configure:
Which employees / teams should sync
Payroll cycle frequency
Auto or manual sync options
Important: For employees to sync successfully, their name and email must match exactly in both systems. Records that do not match will not be imported into Deel.
That’s it — your integration is now active.
