Add/Edit Payrolls

Add/Edit Payrolls

1. Log in to Everyminute using your Administrator credentials.

2. From the Dashboard, go to 'Payrolls' via the left-hand panel.

3. Here you can click either 'Add Payroll' or Select an existing Payroll to view/edit.

4. You can modify the title and description for the Payroll, as well as for Breaks, Overtime Rules, and assigned team members.

Break Settings
You can enable breaks and specify the allowed number of breaks, along with the break name, type, duration, and options for entitlement and break pay.

Manual Break: Members must clock in and out to report their breaks.
Auto Deduct: Automatically deducts break time from team member timesheets.
Info
The Break Override setting ensures that if a member manually clocks in and out for a break, the auto-deduction does not apply.
